Thank you for your interest in adopting a Golden Retriever! We want the best permanent homes for the dogs in our care. Please completely fill out our online application below. Once completed, click on the onscreen Submit button to send it electronically. If yours is selected from the many applications we receive for each dog, you will hear back from us shortly. 47. Do you accept that there will be a $250 fee for each adopted dog, and are you aware that this adoption fee does not cover transport of the dog to where you live (if originating from another state any significant distance away, there may be an additional transport fee of up to $150 or more):
